Shipping policy
We take great care to ensure that your delivery reaches you in a sound state. Each product goes through a careful quality check before reaching your home.
A ready item will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order. The item will be delivered 7-10 days after the product is dispatched.
The item price is exclusive of shipping charges. Shipping charges will differ depending on the order size, weight, and delivery location. You will be able to calculate shipping charges at checkout.
In the event that the product is rejected by our quality check team, you will be informed about the change of delivery date.
Please note that all the painting is as close to the original artwork as possible but as with all things handmade, there may be some difference in color and radiation which truly renders each product one of a kind.
Products are eligible for return only in case of damages. They may be returned within 2 days of receiving the artwork. Commissioned orders cannot be returned or replaced.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product at hello@bridgebharat.com or +91 99101 17647 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The Bridge Bharat team must receive and approve your replacement request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed-upon time within the next 2-3 days.
Our courier always attempts to pick up the item(s) on or before the promised time. However, if they are unable to pick up the item(s) on time or if the customer is not available then the pickup will be attempted again, up to maximum of three times.
Please ensure that you pack your item with all the original packaging in the same way as it wasdelivered and that all the original tags and postcards are included.
Please ensure you collect the courier receipt at the time of pickup. This will contain an acknowledgment of the item and its accessories/parts. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund and you will receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order – this will take time to reflect in your account as governed by your bank’s policies.
We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Bridge Bharat, but we are a friendly bunch :)
